Die HdRO-Spielserver werden Dienstag, den 17. Januar von 12:00 Uhr – 16:00 Uhr MEZ wegen eines Spielupdates heruntergefahren. Patch-Notes stehen während der Ausfallzeit zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für eure Geduld und bis bald im Spiel!

Da es beim letzten mal Unterschiede zwischen Deutsch und Englisch gab, hier auch nochmal die englische Ankündigung:

The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Tuesday, January 17th from 6:00 - 10:00 AM Eastern (-5 GMT) for an update to the game. Patch notes will be available during the downtime. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

Die Patchnotes erscheinen ja erst am Montag, aber was ich sonst noch so gefunden habe:

There are a lot of fixes going in on the next patch. Too many to really list here, so I'll leave it to the patch notes to take care of it. But some of the highlights are fixes for master looter, correcting "enable movement assistance," and making fireworks tradeable once more.

Is there a fix for the bad german translation in the minstrel tooltips(!!!) or for the rest of the game?

I don't know about that one specifically, but I do know that the issue with the German combat log only displaying string table errors has been fixed.
