Update 10 Known Issues

General

Old and completed in-game help requests will push an inaccurate ticket update notice when you log into a character. This issue is cosmetic and does not mean that you have any open issues with customer service. Removing the ticket status will still result in the same issue the next time you log into the game. We’re working to resolve this issue and appreciate your patience.
Devastate Magnitude stat increases are not appearing in the Character Panel

Raids, Instances, Skirmishes

Sammath Gul - Boss chests aren't spawning on both tiers
The Bells of Dale - No currency is awarded for completing the challenge quest
Batttle for Erebor - Gate remains closed to boss fight if players run out of the fight area
The Bells of Dale - The challenge quest does not re-bestow upon failure, wipe, or reset
Iorbar's Peak - Tier 2 final boss chest does not have a chance to drop incomparable items for Hunters
Not all hotspots decals are appearing as they should

Items

Newly acquired versions of Legendary quality gear from the Erebor 3-mans and the Dol Guldur cluster are more powerful than those acquired before the Update. Existing items will be increased in potency in a future update.
The Heal over Time effect given by the Lore-master’s 4-piece set bonus for “Greater Erebor Armour of the Animal-friend” currently has an incorrect icon. Instead of a healing icon, it’s a picture of a rather unhappy bee.
The Minstrel’s Greater Armour of the Erebor Skald 4 piece set bonus is not unlocking codas/anthems and is overwriting better traited ballads
If you summon a Property Guard twice, you can't summon pets or heralds unless you log
The Hunter’s Greater Armour of the Erebor Bowmaster 4 piece set bonus incorrectly claims that 'Focus Bow attacks have a chance to make your next Induction Bow instant cast
The Champion’s Greater Erebor Berserker's Armour 4 piece set bonus is currently only applying to Brutal Strikes and Improved Feral Strikes

Classes

Warden’s Fist javelin line in Assailment is not applying the combo effects to its buffs when the skills are comboed together
The Captain skill “Time of Need” now has a power cost in addition to its morale cost - This power cost has been removed for 10.1

Northcotton Farm - Thadúr now gets a bit confused after issuing his dire warning about running out of time during the Úmheryn fight (“Thy time is running out…my virulent brew is almost ready.”). To successfully complete the fight, maximize your DPS, and make sure you have destroyed Úmheryn before Thadúr starts checking his watch.

Allgemein

Alle Spieler erhalten eine Fehlermeldung beim Einloggen. Bitte ignoriert diese Fehlermeldung.
Die Werte von „Verwüsten“: Ausmaß erscheinen nicht im Charakterfenster.



Schlachtzüge, Instanzen und Scharmützel

Sammath Gul - Die Truhen nach Boss-Kämpfen erscheinen auf beiden Stufen nicht wieder.
Die Glocken von Thal - Für den Abschluss der Herausforderungsaufgabe wird derzeit keine Entgeltbelohnung gewährt.
Die Schlacht um Erebor - Das Tor, das den Endgegnerkampf ermöglicht, bleibt geschlossen, wenn die Spieler aus dem Kampfkreis laufen.
Die Glocken von Thal - Die Herausforderungsaufgabe wird nach Misserfolg, Abbruch oder Zurücksetzen nicht wieder gewährt.
Iorbars Gipfel - Die Bosstruhe der Stufe 2 kann keine unvergleichlichen Gegenstände für Jäger gewähren.
Nicht alle Hotspot-Hinweise erscheinen, wie sie erscheinen sollten.



Gegenstände

Neuerlich erworbene Versionen der legendären Ausrüstungsgegenstände von den 3-Personen-Instanzen um Erebor und von der Dol-Guldur-Instanzengruppe sind nun mächtiger als die, die vor dem Update erworben wurden. Die Werte bereits existierender Gegenstände werden in einem zukünftigen Update erhöht und angepasst werden.
Der Heilung-über-Zeit-Effekt, der vom vierteiligen Set „Große Rüstung des tierischen Erebor-Begleiters“ für Kundige als Bonus gewährt wird, hat ein falsches Symbol. Anstelle eines Heilungssymbols sieht man das Bild einer ziemlich verärgerten Biene.
Der Bonus für das vierteilige Set der „Großen Rüstung des Erebor-Skalden“ für den Barden schaltet weder Codas noch Hymnen frei und überschreibt die etwas besseren Balladen.
Wenn Ihr einen Besitztumswächter zweimal ruft, könnt Ihr, solange Ihr nicht aus- und wieder einloggt, keine tierischen Begleiter oder Herolde herbeirufen.
Der Bonus für das vierteilige Set der „Großen Rüstung des Erebor-Bogenmeisters“ für den Jäger behauptet fälschlicherweise, dass „Fokus: Bogenangriffe“ eine Chance haben, die nächste Anwendungsverzögerung für den Bogen in einen sofortigen Schuss zu verwandeln.
Der Bonus für das vierteilige Set der „Großen Rüstung des Erebor-Berserkers“ für den Waffenmeister wird derzeit lediglich auf die „Brutalen Schläge“ und auf die „Verbesserung: Barbarische Schläge“ angewendet.




Klassen

Die „Wurfspeer und Faust“-Fertigkeitenlinie des Hüters in „Bestürmung“ wendet die Kombinationseffekte auf ihre Boni nicht an, wenn die Fertigkeiten zusammen kombiniert werden.
Die Fertigkeit des Hauptmanns „Große Verzweiflung“ kostet nun zusätzlich zu den bisherigen Moralkosten, Kraft. Diese Kraftkosten werden mit Update 10.1 wieder entfernt.
