Update 13 Preliminary Release Notes (P5)– BULLROARER ONLY

The following release notes are for the Bullroarer public test server only and may not reflect the final list of changes or updates included at release.
These notes are not final and should be viewed as a work in progress and subject to change.


Of Special Note

Balance:
- All classes now receive 1 point of Tactical Mitigation per point of Will and Fate.

- Reverted changes made to functionality in XP disabler to allow XP Accelerator to still affect IA XP and War-steed XP whilst Advancement XP remains nulled

There are a number of bug fixes in this build. Due to the way patch notes are compiled, bug fixes don't always get noted! The Launcher has also been updated for this round (just the Launcher, not the Installer - sorry).
