UI Scaling
New UI Scaling options have been added, including a Global UI scale.
Many of the full screen UI elements have been updated to support wide screen displays without stretching: Login Screen, Character
Creation and Selection, Loading Screens, and the Map Window.
The Map UI can now be toggled between Fullscren and Panel modes.
Mouse cursors can now be scaled.
Known Issue - The new art for margins of the Map Window is work in progress.
Social Window - Kinship Tab - Change View icon now longer tiles infinitely.
AssistWindow - Target's Selection is now correctly updating and no longer overlapping old targets (seeing multiple selections at the same time in the same space).
Toolips for UI element information now correctly stay on screen.
Context Menus now correctly fit on screen. Example: clicking the chat bubble button next to "say" creates a context menu that was appearing half offscreen.
Collections - Stable-masters Tab: Map width and height is correctly restricted to the size of the map element.
Encounter Invitation window no longer has a space underneath the buttons when the invitation is not for the featured instance.
The UI Scaling option originally named "Character Creation" has been renamed to "Pregame Popup Windows" and not correctly scales on initial load and with the Global scale.
Biography Edit window now scales property with the Panels scale option.
Map Quest area overlays no long expand beyond the map bounds when the Map is in panel mode.
Mounted Combat avatar is now correctly scaled.
Assist Window, Fellowship Manoeuvres, and Loot Roll now have their own UI Scale option.
Chat log selection now highlights at the correct location when the Chat window is scaled.
Menu dropdown box content now always highlights and selection at the correct location based on mouse location.
Known Issues:
Rescaling the Character Panel while it is not visible can cause the contents to expand outside the panel bounds. Updating the "Character" UI scale option while the panel is visible will fix this issue.
Fellowship vitals will sometimes revert to the original 1.00 scale down.
Resizing the Trait Tree Window will cause the dependency arrows to shift. Interacting with the panel will fix the arrows.
Kinship Calendar popup windows do not scale.
Selection in the drop down menus in the Options panel will sometime not match the visible contents.
Only the Main mouse cursor upscales with a new, higher resolution image. All other cursors resize using the 32x32 base image.

The 'Renewed Defences' effect once again lasts 3 minutes.
For all tank specializations: threat generated from damage has been increased by 50%.
Reducing threat copy overhead from +100% threat to +10% threat.
The potencies of all additional threat effects (such as 'Moderately Increased Threat' or 'Greatly Increased Threat' have been doubled (+100%).
Let Fly no longer has an induction, now has a 40m range, and now applies bonus threat for Guardians and Champions in tanking specializations.
The Jiret-menêsh travel skills no longer take a scenic detour to Khanâg Gur.
Travel skills to Ahâba and Zajâna are now more centrally located.
All DPS specializations now have inherent -50% threat generated by damage modifier (increasing the overall damage-threat differential between DPS and tank specializations).
Beorning
Nature's Mend will no longer play its unique sound for every ally targeted.
Vicious Claws will longer make reference to the deprecated skill 'Mark of Beorn.'
The mounted skill 'Bee Swarm' no longer forces your target to move away from you.
Maul is raid wide again.
Maul now consumes 5 Wrath per second (10 Wrath per second while specialized in 'The Hide').
'The Roar' Maul now lasts 6s (down from 8.5s).
'The Hide' Maul now lasts as long as you can sustain it with Wrath, and its cooldown has been reduced to 5s.
'The Hide' Maul no longer taunts enemies, but does generate increased threat each time it deals damage.
'The Hide' Maul now affects enemies up to 10m away from you and has a base target count of 10 (up from 5).
Brawler
Fulgurant Strike's cooldown has been reduced by 10s.
Mighty Upheaval can no longer knock down foes by default.
Mighty Upheaval cooldown reduced from 15s > 12s.
The Mighty Upheaval Knockdown & Damage tracery has been split, and is now one tracery for knockdown chance (+65%-80% chance) and a second tracery for damage (+28%-38.5% Damage; replacing the Fulgurant Strike tracery).
Strike to the Sky can no longer knock enemies upwards.
Strike to the Sky cooldown reduced from 10s > 8s.
Burglar
The mounted skill 'Trick: Impugn Character' no longer changes your target's aggression.
Captain
Gallant Display effects now tier down upon expiration.
Routing Cry now has a 12m radius when specialized in 'The Leader of Men.'
Captain's tank-spec routing cry has been fixed, and no longer erroneously requires a defeat event for the non-defeat-event version of the skill.
Captain's Shield of the Dunedain tooltip has been fixed.
Hammer-stroke Damage increased slightly.
Gallant Display and Routing Cry Damage increased slightly when specialized in 'Leader of Men.'
When specialized in 'Leader of Men' Battle Shout will now hit multiple enemies around your target.
Champion
Champion's Challenge is now granted automatically when specializing in 'The Martial Champion.'
Champion's Challenge cooldown reduced to 10s.
Horn of Gondor Damage increased by 10%.
Traiting into 'the Martial Champnion' now reduces the True Heroics cooldown by 80s.
True Heroics in blue no longer restores allies' power.
Horn of Champions no longer debuffs enemies.
Horn of Champions cooldown has been reduced to 12s (8s when traited to rank 2) and now costs 2 Fervour.
Clobber still consumes Fervour but can now be used with no Fervour.
Increased Second Wind Power restore potency contribution from Fervour.
Champion's Challenge debuff removed.
Adamant base value increased from -5% > -20% (-40% with max Fervour).
Horn of Champions now has a 12m radius.
Champion's Challenge is once again a baseline skill, and specializing in 'The Martial Champion' will reduce its cooldown by 20s.
Merciful Strike's occasional Power cost spikes have been removed.
Guardian
The potencies of 'Force Attack Duration' traceries have been reduced to 20% of current values.
Demoralizing Anthems no longer changes the radius of War-chant.
War-chant's default radius has been increased 10m > 12m.
Shield-swipe, after being changed to an AoE skill, was still using the single-target trait bonuses and not the AoE trait bonuses. This has been fixed.
Charge now has, on the next successful melee skill hit, removes charge effects.
(The Keen Blade)
Breach and Whirling Breach have been removed. Retaliate and Whirling Retaliate are restore as the Parry Response opener skills.
Brutal assault has had its cooldown reduced to 8s. Additionally, the bleed Brutal Wound is now always applied with the skills successful use.
The trait Hemorrhage now adds 4% Brutal Assault bleed damage per rank and 4% critical magnitude to brutal assault damage per rank.
The trait Tireless Blows becomes Faultless Assault and increases the damage of Brutal Assault by 5% per rank.
Relentless Fury becomes Righteous Fury and reduces its cooldown 120s to 100s. Demoralizing Anthem decreases this cooldown by 1s per tier.
Into the Fray is changed to Sting of Justice. Sting of Justice increases damage of all bleed skills by 5% per tier.
Hammer Down's cooldown is reduced to a base of 30s.
Rupture no longer applies the incoming damage bonus to targets that have their bleeds removed, but it now reduces the cooldown on Hammer Down by 5s.
Ruptured Artery now lasts for 8s.
Overwhelm no longer replaces Deep Wound with Terrible Wound, instead Terrible Wound is always applied.
Protection by the Sword is now a single-target toggle. Target gains 5% change to parry and partial parry. When the target of
Protection by the Sword parries and is within 20m of the Guardian, the Guardian gains an effect to critically strike on their next melee skill play.
Charge in Keen Blade becomes Virtuous Charge. Increases speed by 50%. Increases melee skill damage by 50%. On the next successful melee skill hit, removes charge effects.
(Fighter of Shadow)
Force Opening increases its damage slightly and reduces its cooldown to 8s.
Bleeds have been renamed to reflect the associated skill.
On a successful strike, Brutal Assault now checks to see if a deep wound is present. If a deep wound is present a brutal wound is applied.
On a successful strike, Overwhelm checks for a deep wound. If a deep wound is present Overwhelm adds an overwhelming wound.
Virtuous Charge no longer grants a 100% critical on your next melee skill at Max trait level.
Relentless Fury is now called Righteous Fury. Cooldown is reduced to 100s.
Demoralizing Anthem now reduces the cooldown on Righteous fury as well as parry and block response skills.
Brutal assault now unlocks parry and block responses like Breach and Whirling breach did previously.
Brutal Assault has had its damage increased.
Forced Opening has had its damage increased.
Forced Opening had its cooldown reduced to 6s.
Virtuous Charge no longer bestows a 10% bonus to damage.
Virtuous Charge now guarantees that the first successful melee skill strike after activation will knock the target down.
Virtuous Charge now dispels the speed boost and knockdown bonus on a successful damaging skill. The slow immunity remains until expiration.
Hammer Down no longer confers a bonus to incoming damage on the afflicted target.
Hammer Down now places a bleed that tiers up based on the number of bleeds present on the target at the time of the skill execution. The more bleeds present the more potent the bleed.
Protection by the Sword now requires you to target a player other than yourself.
Sting of Justice no longer confers the 100% Critical Chance on your next charge.
Corrected an issue with some shield skills executing slower than intended.
Keen Blade now adds a 10% bonus to skills when specialized in the tree.
To the King damage has been improved to better reflect the heft of the skill.
Righteous Fury no longer reduces the cooldown of the block and parry responses when used.
Hemorrhage now increases critical magnitude of Brutal Assault as it should.
Charge no longer lists removing the charge benefits on a successful attack.
Demoralizing Anthem now properly reduces the cooldown of Righteous Fury when used.
Protection by the Sword now properly applies a parry response, and a 100% critical chance bonus to the guardian when their target parries a blow.
Virtuous charge no longer mentions boosting damage.
The trait 'Deeper Wounds' no longer refers to Terrible wound. it it properly Overwhelming Wound
The trait Hemorrhage now properly refers to Brutal wound.
Brutal Assault now unlocks parry and combat responses to unlock retaliate, whirling retaliate, and thrust.
Hunter [Note: Saved Trait configurations have been reset due to changes to Hunter traits.]
Induction times for Barbed Arrow and Swift Bow have been reduced slightly.
Volley's base effect is now granted as a bonus trait while specialized in 'The Huntsman.'
Volley now only buffs Focus Spender Damage.
The original Volley trait is now inaccessible to Bowmaster & Trapper Hunters.
Huntsman bleed removal bonus damage effect potency increased.
All Hunter skill damage has been increased. For most skills, damage has been increased by 15%. Some key Bowmaster skills have been increased by 20%.
Hunter's Precision Focus over Time has returned to 1 Focus per 3s.
Swift Mercy's base proc chance has been increased from 20% to 30%.
Deadly Precision has been moved lower in the Bowmaster trait tree and is now 2 ranks.
The Strength trait has been moved into the Bowmaster's passive-capstone trait position.
An issue with the Storm of Arrows trait tooltip has been fixed.
An issue with the Huntsman's Blades trait tooltip has been fixed.
The Umbari Armour of the Jungle Ghost 6-piece bonus once again correctly adds a stun and interrupt to Explosive Arrow.
Lore-master
Fixed a bug where Storm and Staff visual effects was showing out of combat while using a movement style.
Fixed a bug where Storm and Staff visual effects was still showing when players had disabled avatar attack effects.
The mounted skill 'Sign of Power: Inspiration' no longer applies a damaging effect while in the Red Dawn stance.
Minstrel
Call to Greatness no longer resets allies' capstone skill cooldowns.
Call to Greatness now temporarily increases your Morale by 50% and reduces your incoming damage by 50% or increases your outgoing damage by 25%, depending on your specialization.
-120s Call to Greatness Cooldown (some set bonuses also reduced from -60 to -30)
Bolster Courage and Raise the Spirit Healing increased by 15%
Bolster Courage Power cost increased slightly.
Raise the Spirit healing has been increased by 15%.
Rune-keeper
Writ of Health Healing reduced by 5%.
Warden
Corrected an issue with Warden's Taunt (the Fist builder) skill executing slower than intended while wielding a spear.
Combat & Monsters
Ground target area of effect skills will prioritize the players current target when possible.
A handful of player effects which deal bonus damage according to your player level now correctly deal greater damage for player levels 151-160.
Crafting & Hobbies
Fixed an issue where some Sul Madash tailor recipes were incorrectly set to be single-use.
All Sul Madash Jeweler equipment recipes now correctly require polished garnets.
Scholar 'Recorded Lore of Mur Ghala' processing now correctly outputs only one item for non-criticals.
The Woodworker recipe to craft Kintai Harvesting Tools now requires fewer ingredients and outputs more tools.
Supplier NPCs, including those placed in player housing, once again sell Tier 15 Shagani seeds as expected.
Fishing should now work in several areas it previously was not, particularly in Rohan and Gondor.
Items with socketed essences can no longer be used as crafting ingredients.
Set all woodworking recipes to have baseline 5% critical chance in the Umbari Tier (Tier15).
Quests, Deeds, & Adventure Areas
The named ents in the Mordor Allegiance quest "Chapter 3: High and Low" now properly all have distinct appearances.
Resource Node placement issues in Adagim have been fixed.
Jirush now only has 1 mapnote.
Misc terrain texture issues in Swanfleet have been fixed.
Something stirs in the Moulder-wood. Monsters have been spotted with greater corruption from the Pale Blight, especially near the Folly of Nagakhêdi. Beware any enemies with troubling afflictions and dangerous blight growths while travelling in Adagím.
Text corrections have been made to an objective in the An Shêru quest Mounting a Rescue.
Lowered a floating NPC to the ground at Khanag Gur.
A text change has been made to Rhadrog's dialogue in the An Shêru quest Taking a Rest. Players who had this quest in progress will need to pick the quest up again from Khagâmi at the crossroads in An Shêru due to versioning.
Addressed miscellaneous floating items and NPC's in the exterior area of Kôth Rau in An Shêru.
Khagâmi's position in Gadim-ûn has been shifted slightly so that she appears to be floating less.
The Mûmak Trainers' Horn used in the An Shêru quest Befriending a Behemoth can now be used in combat to better facilitate quest completion in a fellowship.
The An Shêru quest Instance: Into the Quelling-house can now be run in a Fellowship.
A typo has been corrected in the An Shêru quest A Letter to Meshaget.
Typos have been corrected in the An Shêru quest Instance: A Gift for the Future.
During the Quest Scholarly Pursuits, the NPC Caebar and the collectable berry bushes should now be properly selectable via the player mouse.
Minor rock issues in An Sheru and Idagal have been resolved.
Temamir Commoner and Guard NPCs are now actually Dwarves.
Floating Milestone outside of Michel Delving Homesteads has been grounded.
The Hamati Forward Camp in Idagal no longer has a giant skull just chilling out in it.
Made an adjustment to prevent creepy whispers from getting stuck on characters that progress The Song of Waves and Wind.
The An Shêru quest instances Taking a Rest and A Personal Matter, will now always take place at night.
Misc minor landscape issues in Adagim have been resolved.
We have extended the reputation tier for the Temamir of Jiret-Menêsh to Kindred.
Removed an icon suggesting that a daily quest was available at the Fields of Sarhazai.
All daily and weekly quests that are part of the Mûr Ghala end game are now appropriately displaying their minimum level of 160.
We have added four new deeds to track the completion of the end game daily and weekly quests available in the four regions of Mûr Ghala.
We have increased the achieveable reputation with Zajana to Kindred.
Fixed the interactions on the quest "Daily: Crystals to Send Below" to allow for quest completion.
The deed "Treasure-seeker of Mûr Ghala" now correctly is listed under Mûr Ghala. This deed will be versioned upon release.
Quest dialogue in 'Fate of the Moulder-wood' has been revised to account for some previous adventures.
Various chairs and benches throughout Gondor and Rohan have been updated to now accept the /sit emote.
Misc Travel Route issues in An Sheru/Idagal have been resolved.
Misc object placement issues in An Sheru/Adagim have been fixed.
Misc terrain texture issues in An Sheru have been fixed.
Stuck spot in An Sheru has been fixed.
All Travel Routes from locations in Adagim, as well as Vartulin and Shonith, now use an Oryx Mount instead of a Horse Mount.
The Hamati task quests "Mûr Ghala Hamâti Task: Sun-baked Axes" and "Mûr Ghala Hamâti Task: Sun-scorched Sword Sheaths" had their turn-in items reversed. This has been fixed. Note: these task quests will be versioned upon release.
Rotating and static Regional Quests introduced with the Kingdoms of Harad expansion pack are now bestowed from four settlements throughout the expansion regions. New Regional Quest boards at Sul Mádash, Zajâna, Jire-menêsh, and The Dawn-warden settlements will display the bestowal for these daily and weekly quests.
Fixed an issue where you could not re-accept 'Our End of the Deal' if you abandon it because Mizâdi is missing from the bridge-fort to Emax Dûl. You can now also accept this quest from Kotráka Saiya inside the palace Royal Living Quarters if you abandon it while inside the palace.
We removed the sparkles that make the reputation objects found throughout Mûr Ghala appear to be lootable regardless of reputation rank or keys.
All quartermasters involved in the quests for reputations now have the corresponding barter profiles for their factions.
"The Fall of the Mírdain" lead in quest for the "Doom of Caras Gelebren" skirmish now requires the server to be at or above player level 60, when the skirmish is also available.
Langhar will now tell you where to go next if she's defeated by the goblins during 'Instance: The Skin-changer's Heritage.'
Many bounty quests in Mûr Ghala now reward you with reputation upon completion.
Farview landscape in the North East of Idagal has been touched up.
Instances & Skirmishes
The Acid Wing in the Tower of Orthanc raid is once again accessible to players as intended.
Voice-over has been added to Dun Shûma, The King's Fortress.
Enemies in the Road to Erebor raids (Battle for Erebor, Flight from the Lonely Mountain, and Fires of Smaug) now have increased Morale and reduced Damage.
Gwathrenost, the Witch-king's Citadel: Shard of Tauressaur's Rain of Splinters damage has been reduced.

Tier 2 - Fountain of Blood Skill should now properly activate.

Increased Orc Captain's Health in Solo.
Ombatha - Decreasing damage from Boiling Blood (Take 2).

Drugoth's stolen Minstrel song now restores less morale.
Mûr Ghala Quartermasters in Zajâna and Adagím are available for Mûr Ghala instance weekly quests.
The Treasure Caves of Hurum Kana:
Fixed an issue causing the Council of Thieves to count kill progress over multiple encounters.
Fixed an issue wherein the Council of Thieves could be pulled outside the arena.
Lowered the health total for the Council of Thieves in solo/duo mode.
Fixed an issue wherein the fight with Molbása sometimes did not reset properly on player death while in combat with Molbása.
Missions & Delvings
Missions that support Delvings now show a Delving Icon with a tooltip that reads "This mission supports Delvings" in their mission giver's quest panel.
A Mission to Bring Good Cheer will now also advance when completing Mission: Crown of Hamât quests.
Added an exit door to Mission: Arms Saboteur and Mission: Routing Reinforcements.
Adjusted the bestowal text on the mission Routing Reinforcements to be more relevant to activity inside of the mission.
Addressed an issue where the granted skill used in the mission, Disrupting Control, would advance the quest when used on orcs.
Housing & Decorations
Typo in description of Floor Lanters of Zajana bundle description has been fixed.
Premium homes will once again return 90% of their Homesteading Coin cost when sold. Note that premium houses that are released automatically as part of the transfer process will continue to return 100% of their Homesteading Coin cost via in-game mail on the destination world. Foreclosed premium houses will continue to refund 80% of their homesteading coin cost.
Gold Capped Zajâni Tower, Marble Zajâni Tower, Zajâni Scholars' Tower and Zajâni Watch-tower are each now visible at much greater distances when placed on yard hooks.
Zajâni Candlestand can now be toggled on and off when placed on a housing hook.
Various torch/sconce/brazier housing decorations introduced with Update 46 now have their flames on by default.
Cachúnir in the Last Homely House now sells several new housing items.
Lamp of the Northern Herald Will now properly glow.
Cozy Roasting Fire-pit Will now have you sit on a stool as intended.
Fixed a bug where the Belfalas Boat Post housing decoration would only allow players to select the item via it's floaty name. Players should now be able to properly select the item from anywhere on the object.
All Purple Decorative Kintai Curtain Walls are now actually Purple.
Expanded the types of hooks many decorations from the "Homesteads and Harvests" coffer can be used with.
Items & Rewards
The Rakish Charmer's Shoulder Guards for Race of Man females should now sit more proportionally on their body.

Some Tracery Token, Sealed Tracery, Enhancement Rune and other packages that were in the mail system when players logged in for Update 46 or 46.0.1 are displaying a general error when attempting to open them because they are missing their Max Content Level. This issue now is corrected as long as those packages were no longer in the mail system when first logging into Update U46.1.
All 'Base Morale Multiplier' traceries now correctly display their names and potencies as intended, and no longer erroneously suggest that they grant +5.5% Max Morale at lower rarities.
The Tier 16 Brawler tracery 'Finishing Attack Damage' no longer erroneously refers to a non-existent skill.
Umbari luck-stone potions now require your characters to be between levels 141-150 to use.
Traveler's and Adventurer's Quartermaster NPCs can now be found in Sul Madash.
All legacies still remaining on pre-imbuement Legendary Items have had their effects reduced in potency to close several exploit pathways.
The following bauble skill granting items, since they bind to account, can now be bartered for even if your character already has the bauble skill: Ominous Bird Call, Quick Bird Call, Pitched Bird Call, Long Bird Call, Camping Chair, Confusing Map, Cozy Shelter, Mysteriously Full Pipe, Exotic Cheese, Illuminating Lantern, Winning Crop, Prized Flower, Calming Flower Pot, Fantastic Fern, Lovely Flowers, Golden Flowers, Unlabeled Firework, and Cozy Camp-fire.
PvMP/Ettenmoors
We fixed an issue where players were seeing the title deeds for monster player reward track season.
Reinforcing the gates at Tiríth Rhaw and Lugazag will now persist to ensure that the materials and effort put into reinforcing the doors are maintained.
Potions acquired for Marta at outposts now have a 90 minute duration.
Morale and Power potions acquired for Marta at outposts now increase both by 30%.
Player mitigation potions acquired for Marta at outposts now match the mitigation bonus for Monster Players.
Ettenmoors Tracery Chests now contain a tracery fitting for you class that scales to the correct level band.
Ettenmoors scrolls of Battle and Warding now give level 160-appropriate mitigation buffs.
Ettenmoors Root potions now correctly cleanse slows when used.
Level 160 PvP essences now correctly display as tier 16.
Morale and Power potions purchased with Marta at outposts in the Ettenmoors now properly increase power and morale by 5%.
All MP breakout skills now correctly remove Fear CC effects.
The Hillman Chieftan's Sword Appearance trait now has the correct prerequisites.

Commander stance now states the correct cooldown reduction of Quitters Never Win when using Crack the Whip or Quit Whining and Fight.
We have added informative text to the skills Slink Away, Retaliate, and Swallow Light to reflect that they cannot be used when affected by slows

[DE] Corrected the truncated page titles inside of the Filter Menu.
Text in the "Cat Conundrum" Midsummer quest now displays properly in German.
Text in the "Lunch for the Look-outs" in Mossward now displays properly in German.
The translation for the "Sophisticated Birder's Pack" item has been updated.
Defeating enemies in Broadacres during the "Testing their Strength text" now displays the proper location.
Several instances of extraneous question marks were removed throughout the German text.

Head option 26 for female Race of Man avatars no longer distorts when eye option sliders are changed.
River Hobbit Male '/trumpet' emote now animates correctly.
