Important Note: Given the scope of this update please be aware that the build you are seeing here is a work in progress and is by no means the finished Update 16 product. There are many items that are not yet complete or added into what you are seeing. There may also be items missing from this initial list, this is not intentional and will be added as we progress.
You can use Character Copy to bring over an existing character from the Live servers.
Changes in this build:
Lossarnach:
- The Madness of Vanyalos region instance is now working and can be completed
- Thrug is no longer DoA, which was due to an accidental double health reduction
- Challenge quest now only fails on death of Harrowing Fell-Spirit within the Palace of Eldacar
- On Retreat, you will now be teleported to the last sub-boss area you defeated
- CC Immunity turned on for Lumithil
- Haradrim mobs have more skills they can use against players
- In the Ruined City T2, when Lumithil is at low health a second Harrowing Fell-Spirit will begin to appear.
- Fixed an issue where Lumithil would eventually re-spawn
- Warden - Legacies - In-combat Morale Regen and In-combat Power Regen legacies have been balanced down
- LI - Captain - Tactics Duration Legacy has been properly replaced with Muster Courage Fear Resist on classic legacies
- Champion Fight On Pulses should now properly turn into the Fight On Critical Rating legacy.
- Several dual legacies whose second bonus started in the next update now start at Rank 31
- The Garth Agarwen instance reward weapons no longer have class restrictions.
- The War Wolf, the Loremaster's mounted combat pet, should do significantly more damage now, in line with the kind of damage other pets do.
- The quest rewards for the Sons of the Usurper quest are now correctly marked as Uncommon, rather than Incomparable. Their stats haven't been changed.
- Lore-master - Skills: Sign of Power: Righteousness / Vigilance / Command should no longer cause incorrect display of weapons.
- The Wardens of Annúminas now offer some gear specifically built for Beornings.

Lossarnach:
- Lossarnach region quests: "Egind's Folly" is now called "Egind Accused"
- Dagor's Folly quest has received a solemn rite of polish
- The Defence of Arnach instance received some polish, especially with regards to timing and enemy pathing.
- Into the Fold received some much needed extra polish.
- Some bad text in Out of Reach was fixed
- Newly-imbued First-age items get 3 extra ranks worth of dps xp to start with (to compensate for their extra dps pre-imbuement). Second-age items get 1 extra rank.
- Minstrel - Cry of Chorus Cooldown Legacy Max Bonus reduced to 120s
- Minstrel - Healing Skills Induction Time Legacy now reduces induction instead of increasing it
- Minstrel - Still as Death Cooldown Legacy Max Bonus reduced to 120s
- Minstrel - Triumphant Spirit Cooldown Legacy Max Bonus reduced to 120s
- Rune-keeper - Self-Motivation Cooldown Legacy now reduces cooldown, and runestone healing / damage bonus now works
- Captain - Battle-hardened Incoming Damage now further reduces incoming damage instead of weakening the buff
- Hunter - Swift Bow damage now buffs all 3 attacks instead of just the first arrow.
- Guardian - Stamp Cooldown Legacy now caps at -10s
- Burglar - Critical Chain Skills Critical Chance is now Critical Chain Skills Critical Rating
- Warden - Recklessness Critical Rating Legacy now works properly
- Additional polish work for the end of the IV.3.8 instance.
- Fix a problem which was causing all the effect list headers in tooltips to not show up (This fixes trait rank examination and tradition legacy tooltips).
- The Fine Footman's Gloves and Fine Footman's Gloves of Might grant the correct stats, instead of both giving the same stats
- Beornings can now obtain a two-handed LI from Hundi in A Weapon of the Elder Days.
- The Captain Essence of the Protector had a listed proc chance of 25%, and an actual proc chance of 5%. Now it has a proc chance of 10%, which is correctly displayed in the tooltip.
- Eaves of Fangorn - Quest: Onwards into Fangorn - quest has proper quest guide now
- Norcrofts - Warband: Skutog - Warband is easier to solo now
- Mounted Uruks in Thrymm's Farm: Reclaiming instance now count towards Slayer of Mounted Foes deed in Wildermore
- Angmar - Quest: The Tincture - all plants in the area should now be clickable for the quest.
- Dome of Stars:
- Roughly 50% of the time, the enemies and some assets after the Upâl-keng fight will not load, leaving the player unable to proceed through the instance.
