Hi guys. Excuse any typos, this is bing posted from my phone.

Thanks for all the well wishes, mom is doing Ok and she's getting great care. She's seen this thread and teared up a little at the Kind thoughts. She says thanks as do I.

On the LOTRO front, Update 8.1 is almost finished with a number of bug fixes and the changes I mentioned to open tapping in fellowships will be part of this update. We're currently looking at the middle or end of next week for this to go live.

Once we get update 8.1 out the door well start talking about Update 9 and instances.

Lotteries were patched yesterday and will be back on the regular schedule tomorrow.

hey Daniel,

ja das habe ich. Vor zwei Wochen oder so hatte Sapience mal in einem Thread zu dem Open Tapping Thema geantwortet (keine Ahnung in welchem Thread genau). Auf jedenfall wurde sich da ''beschwert" das jeder in einer Gruppe den Gegner angehauen haben muss bzw geheilt haben um davon zu profitieren. Gerade im Berittenen Kampf und mit voller Gruppe bei kleinen Gegnern ist sowas nicht sonderlich förderlich weil erstmal jeder warten muss bis alle wirklich "getapped" haben. Daher soll das Open-tapping in Gefährtengruppen wieder ganz normal funktionieren wie vor Rohan, sprich es muss nur einer aus der Gruppe den Gegner angehauen haben. Das zumindest ist mein derzeitiger Kenntnisstand

I'll throw another post in here just to reinforce what's already been stated (and to make sure everyone who reads the dev tracker will catch this.)

We've made a change in 8.1 which reinstates the original grouping rules into Rohan while still preserving the open-tapping system rules. If you're in a group, you're going to get credit for the activities of the group again. :)
